How to book…

1. Research & select tours

Use IJE’s website for itinerary suggestions or to select and combine customized tours to create you own adventure. Please call 1300 43 10 69 to discuss the different options available to suit your interests, time frame and budget.

2. Read conditions

Read our booking conditions carefully. By booking with IJE, you accept and are bounds by these conditions.

3. Request & deposit

Request your tour/s by completing the ON-LINE TRIP REQUEST below or drop us an email with your request at info@ije.com.au. Your trip will be booked once you pay your non-refundable deposit of 30% of total tour cost.

4. Send traveller details

All travellers in the group must complete the ON-LINE TRAVELLER DETAILS to advise IJE of your passport and contact details, insurance policy, emergency contacts, pre-existing medical conditions and other essential information to ensure your trip runs smoothly.

5. Final payment

Pay your balance 50 days prior to your 1st tour start date. Your travel documents will be sent to you upon receipt of final payment and all traveller details.

6. Have a great adventure!

At the end of your tip, please complete the feedback questionnaire and return to IJE.

IJE will confirm your trip request by sending you a quote. Your trip will be booked once you pay your non-refundable deposit of 30% of total tour cost. At a later stage, all travellers in your group must complete the on-line traveller details and either email or mail the form to IJE.

Note: It is compulsory to have comprehensive travel insurance when travelling with Inner Journey Expeditions.

Deposit & Balance

Your non-refundable deposit of 30% of total tour cost must be paid in Australian dollars and received within seven (7) working days of booking confirmation. Failure to forward your deposit may result in automatic cancellation of your booking. The balance of payment is due 50 days prior to the departure date of your first tour.

Please pay your non-refundable deposit and your balance of payment by either:

Bank details will be provided with your invoice.

Cheque

Cheque payable to Inner Journey Expeditions and mail to:

Paypal

 

Payment by major Credit Cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) is accepted through Paypal - a safe, easy way to send payment. You don't even need a Paypal account. Paypal handles the payment process so that merchants never see your financial information. Please advise if you are using Paypal so we can start the payment process. Payment by Paypal will incur a 2.9% Credit Card fee additional to the tour cost.
