Trekking Vietnam
Trek, hike or a gentle walk…these activities provide the perfect pace to experience nature and meet the locals during your travels. Vietnam is home to some excellent trekking because of its growing number of national parks and nature reserves. You can hike through awe-inspiring scenery to minority villages in the north and trek jungles in the central highlands. Anything is possible from a two day easy walk to an assault on Mount Fansipan, Vietnam's highest mountain.
But if you've done a bit of trekking, you know it's near impossible to go it alone without getting lost unless you're very experienced. Most of us aren't that person, so relax and let us guide you. We arrange local guides, porters, accommodation and your transport in advance.
Food is prepared on the trek and its mind blowing what is whipped up in the middle of nowhere! Home stays are an eye-opener as you see how different cultures live and make do with what's available - it's a long way to town!
